Blessing Sule uses the Royal Mail First class recorded delivery (UK) or International Signed for (Overseas). They deliver between 8am – 3pm weekdays and need a signature from the delivery address. If you don’t think anyone will be in please use an alternate delivery address where it can be signed for. Alternatively, the driver will leave a card through your front door informing you of how to collect your parcel or arrange for re-delivery. At Blessing Sule we aim to Despatch each order within 3 to 5 working days of purchase. Once the despatched we would normally expect the following delivery times UK 2/3 days, however we have no control over these times and they may increase during busy periods.
Overseas Customers
Blessing Sule ship worldwide. On checkout your postage will be automatically calculated depending on your location (for details of charges see below). European customers should expect a delivery time of between 7-14 days and the rest of the world 8-20 days.
Lost Goods
We send all our orders by recorded delivery, if you believe your item to be lost please email us at info@blessingsule.com or telephone 0161 477 4224 with your postcode. Please allow 30 days from the date of your order in case of postal delays. In the case of damaged/faulty products please contact us within 5 days of receipt of product.
