If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Blessing Sule you may return the goods for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of the original order of the goods. The items must be returned back to us by recorded delivery, unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached.

Please email info@blessingsule.com to inform us you will be returning goods and further Instruction would be email to you.

Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.

If any item are faulty please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem.
        We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, however, occasionally we do sell out of certain designs and due to high demand some orders may take up to 28 days to arrive.
      All items in stock will be processed within 3-5 working days unless otherwise notified. If we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered we will contact you ASAP with an expected date of delivery.
